Color testing is significance in the textile industry, serving as a cornerstone of quality control that directly impacts product consistency and customer satisfaction. Upon the arrival of raw materials at the factory, our stringent color verification process is immediately set in motion: we utilize professional standard light boxes equipped with calibrated light sources that  replicate various real-world lighting conditions. These specialized devices are designed to eliminate the distortions caused by ambient light, ensuring that color assessments are both accurate and reliable.

Within these controlled environments, our technicians compare the color properties of incoming materials against the standard samples provided by customers. This involves side-by-side placement, careful observation of hue, saturation, and lightness from multiple angles. We guarantee that the fabrics we ultimately deliver maintain complete color consistency with the samples in our customers' possession, upholding brand integrity, and fostering long-term trust in our supply chain.

Once the color testing has been successfully completed and approved, we will focuse on the weight of the raw materials-an equally critical parameter that directly influences product quality and consistency. To ensure representativeness, our quality control team employs precision circular samplers, to collect multiple representative samples from different sections of each material roll. This method eliminates bias, as it accounts for potential weight variations across the entire batch.

These sampled sections are then subjected to meticulous weighing procedures using high-precision scales-calibrated regularly to maintain accuracy within 0.1 gram increments-to measure their exact mass. By cross-referencing the weight of each sample with its predefined area, we calculate the precise grams per square meter (GSM),then shared with the customer for thorough review.

Once raw materials pass both color and weight inspections, those designated for bulk production are promptly transferred to the workshop for a multi-layered verification process, combining comprehensive full-scale checks with targeted sampling audits.

Our workshop quality team conducts meticulous visual inspections across entire material rolls, scanning for any signs of contamination-such as stains, dust, or oil residues-and physical defects like tears, holes, or frayed edges. Simultaneously, systematic sampling is carried out: for every batch, random sections are selected at specified intervals to undergo deeper assessments, ensuring no hidden flaws evade detection.

 By eliminating dirty or damaged inputs at this stage, we effectively prevent downstream quality issues, reduce waste, and uphold consistent standards-ultimately securing product excellence from the very start of the manufacturing journey.

We make high-quality non-woven fabrics on our own. The fibers are all about the same length, really pure, and have hardly any impurities. Our fabrics also feature reliable water resistance, balancing protection with functionality. Their thickness remains uniform across every inch, avoiding thin spots or uneven bulges that could compromise durability. What's more, they are free from any unpleasant odors, a testament to our use of high-grade, non-toxic materials that meet stringent safety standards. Every roll reflects our commitment to both quality and user comfort.

After the customer confirms the sample, we proceed to the stage of making the sample,we will conduct a comprehensive inspection on their dimensions, whether the fabric is damaged, and whether they meet the customer's requirements.

To ensure the quality of the goods, quality inspectors are assigned to each production line in the workshop. They inspect the products that do not meet the standards and provide re-training to the workers who produce more defective products.

The workshop also has a dedicated quality inspection team. Every day, they conduct random inspections on different batches of goods to ensure the quality of the products once again and to safeguard our brand image.

Before the customer receives the shipment, the staff of the International Trade Department must open the boxes to inspect the goods, ensuring that the size, color and quality of the shipped items are correct. Our strict quality inspection standards enable our products to have a quality level far superior to that of our competitors.
