With the increasing application of non-woven packaging bags, almost all industries are using non-woven materials to replace traditional plastic materials in packaging. Today, we will talk about non-woven packaging bags for clothing.
The non-woven packaging bags used in clothing can be roughly divided into three types:
1: Hanging pockets
Dust bag for clothing refers to a bag made of non-woven fabric material used for dust prevention. Based on the characteristics of non-woven fabric material, this type of dust bag has the characteristics of dust prevention, waterproofing, moisture absorption, and environmental protection. This hanging bag can be further divided into sewing type and pressing type according to the process. Sewn type refers to bags made by sewing, which are generally more beautiful and sturdy, but have no price advantage; Compression type refers to a bag made by one-time pressing with special production equipment. This type of bag has a relatively high yield, beautiful side edges, low cost, and can be produced in large quantities. It can also be paired with exquisite printing patterns or company logos to enhance the company's promotional influence.
2: Storage bag
A storage bag refers to a bag made for storing and categorizing items. There are various materials for this type of bag, mainly fabric and non-woven materials. There are two main styles: flat pockets and drawstring pockets.
Flat pockets are mainly used for storing clothes, while drawstring bags are characterized by a firm closure, good sealing, and a relatively wide range of applications, including cosmetics, household small tools, household clothing, and even grains.
3: Dust cover
Another widely used product is the dust cover.
The characteristic of a dust cover is that the product size is generally larger, and the quality requirements for non-woven fabrics are higher, which should have the effect of dust prevention and sun protection. Dust covers are generally divided into two types: household use and civilian use. The main household dust covers include furniture dust covers and electrical dust covers, such as coffee tables, sofas, computers, and air conditioners. The application scope of civilian equipment is wider. In addition to common conventional equipment such as electric boxes and park facilities, the more popular ones now are dust covers for large equipment, such as yachts and high-speed rail air conditioning covers.
From the above simple classification, it can be seen that non-woven packaging bags have truly integrated into the daily life of the public and are playing an increasingly important role.
